Abu Muhammad al-Julani, also known as Ahmed al-Shara, the leader of Tahrir al-Sham, who has recently taken control of all areas of Syria, announced that “Mohammed Ghazi al-Jalali” will manage organizations and ministries until he officially transfers power to the new government.
Peshgo News Agency: Today, Sunday, 9th Dec 2024, Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad al-Jalali, after announcing the fall of the country’s government by the Syrian opposition, said that he is ready to cooperate with anyone the Syrian people choose.
Ahmed al-Shara, also known as Abu Muhammad al-Julani, the leader of Tahrir al-Sham (formerly the Nusra Front), who calls himself the commander of the Syrian opposition’s operations group, has called on the Syrian people to refrain from approaching government institutions and organizations until the official handover under the supervision of the former prime minister.
He also called on all military forces not to “shoot in the air” and declared it prohibited.
Hadi al-Bahra, head of the National Coalition of the Syrian opposition abroad, which is based in Turkey, announced in an interview with Al-Arabiya this morning that Damascus and other cities in the country are safe and that the issue of revenge is not at all an issue.
Al-Bahra said: “The process of transferring power will be carried out in coordination with the United Nations and government departments will resume their normal activities within two days.”
After the opposition announced the fall of the country’s government, Syrian Prime Minister Mohammed al-Jalali said that we in the Council of Ministers extend our hand to every Syrian citizen who is concerned about the future and decisions of this country and we call on citizens not to damage or harm public and government property. He said that he is ready to cooperate with whoever the Syrian people choose.
